This policy explains what data we collect when you submit a beta-test request on floze.tech, and how we use it.

1. Data controller

The data controller is the self-employed individual Evgeniy Olegovich Belov (INN 310260235320), operating under the “Floze” brand (“Floze”, “we”). For data matters: support@floze.tech.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal data you provide and that is collected automatically when you use the beta-test request form on floze.tech. Data processing within the Floze application itself is governed by a separate document that will be published before the beta launch.

3. Data we collect

— The email address you enter in the form.
— Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version (user-agent), date and time of the request.
— On-site activity via cookies and web-analytics tools (e.g., Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics).

4. Purposes

— Registering and processing your beta-test request.
— Sending the invitation, download link, and beta access key.
— Protecting the form from spam and automated requests.
— Measuring traffic and improving the site.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”). For users in the EU, the basis is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is given by checking the relevant box and submitting the form.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and analytics counters to measure traffic and usability. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then behave differently.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. To run the site we use service providers (hosting, web-analytics services) that process data on our behalf. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.

8. International transfers

Some services (e.g., Google Analytics) may process data on servers outside Russia and the EEA. Such transfers rely on your consent.

9. Retention

We keep your email until the beta test ends and invitations are sent, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After that the data is deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

10. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. To do so, email support@floze.tech. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

11. Data security

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorised access. Only authorised persons have access to the data.

12. Age limit

The site and the form are not intended for persons under 16. If you are younger, please do not submit your data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
